The aim of this case report is to review a case of a patients with seborrheic keratoses pigmented type. Clinical examination of the right extraoral site revealed a single, well-defined brownish nodular mass situated by 1.5 cm below the right pinna, near the mandibular angle and close to the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
